ARROW Women exists to create a place where the personal and professional merge and women from all walks of life can learn from one another and help each other grow.

vision
ARROW stands for Action, Readiness, Relationships, Others-Oriented, and Wholeness.
Our vision is that ARROW events would be a place where women with one year of professional experience can rub shoulders with executives, women with five children will connect with those with no children, and women with PhDs will learn from those with a GED. Often networking events are for a certain "type" of woman, but we hope all women feel welcome here.
ARROW is about authentic connections, not elevator pitches. So come as you are!

story
Our Story
In 2018, Ali met a single mom that was new to Minneapolis and living in a homeless shelter at the time. She was smart, friendly, and a great hire but just didn't have connections. As a career coach Ali's first thought was - 'you need to build your network!' As they began looking for networking events Ali found that they were all expensive, far away, or had no childcare. Simply put, they weren't accessible for all women. Out of this experience, ARROW Women was born.

Ali O'Reilly, MOL
Ali is a career coach and resume writer with a passion for empowering women. She worked in Career Development at University of Northwestern - St. Paul for 6 years (where she met Karina!), and currently coaches clients through Career Contessa, Cultivitae, and her own business, Ali O'Reilly Coaching.
Ali holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Northwestern - St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Bethel University.
Karina Nordrum, SHRM-CP
Karina specializes in recruiting, client management, as well as training and learning/development; she is currently a Recruiting Manager at Copier Careers, a recruiting firm devoted to the office technology industry. She has also recruited in the finance, banking, manufacturing, service, and health care industry and has over 5 years of recruiting experience.
Karina graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, and that's where she met Ali!
